We are seeking a Medical Director (MD/DO) to lead our Silver Lake clinic. In this role, you'll partner closely with operations to mentor your team, champion clinical excellence, and shape a world-class experience for both patients and providers. The "Player-Coach"

Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care, setting the clinical standard for your team and acting as a model for Tia's care philosophy.

Master Clinical Quality:

Own clinical outcomes and documentation consistency within your clinic, ensuring your team delivers care that is both high-touch and high-quality.

Manage Complexity:

Act as the clinical point person for complex patient cases or team issues, utilizing sound judgment and professionalism to resolve challenges in real-time. Clinic Operations & Development (5%)

What You'll Bring Requirements:

Credentials:

MD/DO; Board Certified in FM, IM, or OB/GYN; Active CA License and DEA.

Clinical Expertise:

3+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women's Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.

Leadership & Accountability:

1+ years leading clinicians (direct or indirect); proven ability to coach teams, hold staff accountable, and perform peer reviews.

Operational Mindset:

Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency. Training & Development Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training:

Specialized Women's Health:

Menopause management and sexual health.

Expanded Primary Care:

Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope. Work Location This role is based in our Silver Lake clinic. Compensation & Benefits Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions. The expected base salary range for this role is $235,000

• $280,000 , depending on level and experience.

Medical Director Stipend:

An additional $8,000 annually.

Growth Incentive:

This stipend is designed to scale upward as the clinic expands and patient volume increases.
