This leadership opportunity offers a strong clinical support structure, a balanced schedule, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused hospital setting. You will work alongside a dedicated team of 4 hospitalist physicians and 2 advanced practice providers at Oak Valley District Hospital, while collaborating closely with emergency medicine physicians and specialty consultants. Position Highlights Leadership role within a respected hospital medicine program 7-on | 7-off block schedule 12-hour shifts Open ICU environment Supportive emergency medicine team available for airway management and intubations No procedures required, though procedural skills are welcomed Responsibilities include admissions, rounding, rapid responses, and code blue management Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Minimum of 3 years of hospitalist experience Prior leadership experience in hospital medicine required Strong clinical, communication, and team-building skills Compensation & Benefits $2,000 per day shift $2,200 per night shift Approximate annual earnings of $382,200
