Job Description

  • General Description:
  • This role will lead and directly manage the US Field Based Medical Value and Outcomes (MVO) team, working with North America Medial Affairs Leadership, Global/US HEOR and Market Access to disseminate clinical and health-economic/real-world data, support evidence generation, and communicate confidence in BeOne Medicines approved products and pipeline agents.
This role will support the Head of US Field Medical, by overseeing the day-to-day duties of the MVO team as well as developing materials and strategies to meet the needs of healthcare decision makers in provider and payer organizations. This role will be responsible for hiring, performance management, and day-to-day oversight of the MVO team while collaborating across multiple cross functional teams to allow team success.
  • Essential Functions of the
Job:
  • + Oversee the daily clinical and administrative activities of the MVO team while providing executive-level support for MA leadership.
+ Ensure the team establishes and maintains scientifically credible and compliant peer-to-peer scientific relationships with health care decision makers in addition to other healthcare providers. Provides impactful feedback/information to internal stakeholders on emerging clinical,scientific, and treatment landscape trends. + Build strong relationships with internal experts and work cross functionally to achieve overall company goals. + Identify continuous process improvement opportunities. + Develop, track, execute and report on MVO goals and objectives. + Support Medical Affairs budget planning and management. + Be accountable for compliant business practices. As a leader in the organization, this individual will be accountable to help assure that activities are executed within expected scope, budget and timelines per region; will ensure best-in-class global capabilities and service; and will play a key role in the establishment, leadership and growth of the following areas: This role will provide executive oversight, prioritization, and governance, balancing scientific rigor with real‑world stakeholder needs with external customers that are population health decision makers. The National Director acts as a key connector between field medical, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), market access, clinical development, and commercial leadership, ensuring that value narratives are consistent, credible, and decision‑enabling. In this role, the
National Director:
+ Sets expectations for how evidence is generated, interpreted, and desiminated + across lifecycle stages. + Coaches senior leaders to translate complex data into impactful insights for internal and external decisionmakers. + Ensures compliance, scientific integrity, and cross‑functional alignment. + Represents medical value strategy at the executive level and with key external stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Significant Contacts:
  • + Interacts with internal teams, external research collaborators, and strategic business partners.
  • Other Qualificatoins:
  • + Familiarity with US Market Dynamics, Market Access, Compliance Guardrails for Medical Teams and engagements with US Health Care Decision Makers. + Knowledge of Oncology and Hematology Disease State, Guidelines, and Reimbursement Landscape, including IRA and other factors influencing Payer and Provider decision making.

  • Computer Skills:
  • + Skilled in multiple computer-based tools, in addition to software programs such as Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. + PC & iPad literacy required, MSOffice skills
  • Travel:
