Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement clinical policies aligned with federal regulations. Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety, clinical development, and healthcare management strategies. Participate in utilization management and case reviews to optimize patient outcomes while maintaining cost-effective care. Support clinical research efforts by facilitating protocols that adhere to FDA regulations and institutional review board (IRB) requirements. Oversee training programs for clinical staff on EMR/EHR systems, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and HIPAA compliance. Manage project timelines and budgets related to clinical programs or new healthcare initiatives. Extensive knowledge of managed care principles and healthcare management practices. Proficiency in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for documentation and data analysis. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology essential for effective supervision of clinical activities. Proven experience in hospital settings or outpatient clinics with supervising medical personnel. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervisory experience in multidisciplinary teams. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Knowledge of budgeting processes related to healthcare services and resource allocation.
