$190k - 250k per year

Veterinarian Our client is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join a modern, full-service practice renowned for its high-quality medicine, supportive team, and work-life balance.

Qualifications Licensed DVM in California Experienced clinician who enjoys leadership, mentorship, and practicing high-quality medicine
Practice Overview Setting:
Small animal general practice Typical caseload: Approximately 10-15 appointments per veterinarian each day Staffing support: Strong technical and assistant support team (approximately 4 support staff per doctor) Services provided: Preventive care and wellness visits, medical treatment for illnesses and injuries, dental procedures, diagnostic services, soft tissue surgeries, and rehabilitation therapies Work environment: Team-oriented and well-structured workplace focused on client service, collaboration, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance Additional Earning Potential DVMs can earn $10K - $50K annually through our Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program , stacked on top of salary and production bonuses.
