As Clinic Medical Director, you'll practice gold-standard medicine while leading and mentoring a high-performing medical team. A skilled nursing team Our nurses are constantly building their skills through CE (both internal and external) and hands-on structure learning, giving you a confident and capable team that helps you care for patients efficiently and thoroughly. Prepared appointments Work through a balanced caseload of urgent care and wellness appointments, with flexible scheduling and appointment lengths up to 45 minutes to support meaningful client communication and thorough care. Stronger triage support Our PPX team uses strong triaging tools to gather meaningful information before appointments begin, helping ensure your notes are accurate and your time with patients is focused. Unlimited growth We offer unlimited CE so you can continue learning, exploring new interests, and growing as a veterinarian throughout your career. What Makes You A Great Fit DVM/VMD degree (licensed and in good standing in Colorado) 5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or mentorship experience Passion for team-building

  • Influence how Sploot expands The Perks of the Pack $160,000 to $200,000 total annual compensation with a competitive ProSal model.
Work 3 to 4 days per week with rotating weekends shared across the team , giving you more consistent time off. Flexible scheduling includes no overnights and choosing between 10 or 12 hour shifts to create the schedule that works best for you with the ability to swap shifts across your network. No negative accrual so your base salary stays your base. 100% employer covered medical insurance plus optional dental and vision. 401(k) with company match and generous PTO including up to 12 weeks paid parental leave. Unlimited CE plus $2,000 travel reimbursement each year. All professional fees covered including licensing, liability, and memberships. FIGS scrubs, team events, and snacks.
