This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership position within a well-respected, full-service practice that has been serving its community since 2009 and has built a strong reputation for compassionate, comprehensive care. The hospital currently operates with a 4-DVM team and offers a diverse caseload, covering everything from routine wellness and preventative care through to advanced diagnostics, surgery, and urgent care. This blend of scheduled and same-day cases keeps the role clinically engaging, while also allowing you to influence standards of care across a wide range of presentations. The practice is well-supported, giving you the tools and structure needed to practice high-quality medicine while also stepping into a leadership capacity. We are looking for a DVM to join as a Lead for 4 days per week, with no weekends required! As Medical Lead, you'll play a central role in shaping the direction of the hospital. You'll mentor and develop associate veterinarians, work closely with the Practice Manager on hospital performance, and help foster a positive, collaborative culture.
