• Connecticut + Northern NJ We're seeking a proven multi-unit healthcare leader to oversee a high-performing region of dental practices across Connecticut + Northern New Jersey This is a true regional leadership role —not a single-site administrator position.

You'll lead 12-16 practices , driving performance, developing teams, and partnering closely with providers to deliver exceptional patient care and business results. About the Role As a Regional Manager, you'll serve as the operational and cultural leader across your region. You'll work directly with doctors and practice teams to elevate performance, strengthen engagement, and ensure consistency across all locations. You'll be responsible for both day-to-day execution and long-term growth , acting as a key partner to senior leadership. What You'll Do Build strong, trust-based relationships with doctors and key stakeholders Coach, mentor, and develop managers and team members across multiple locations Drive a high-performance culture while maintaining strong team engagement and morale Own regional KPIs, monitoring and improving performance across revenue, staffing, and patient experience Ensure optimal staffing models and operational efficiency at each location Lead execution of strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for growth Maintain a consistent, high-quality patient experience across all practices Support onboarding and integration of newly affiliated locations Oversee scheduling, provider coverage, and operational continuity Conduct regular site visits and lead weekly performance calls with each practice What You Bring 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience (minimum oversight of 8+ locations) Background in dental, medical, vision, veterinary, or upscale retail environments Bachelor's degree required Experience leading 8+ locations strongly preferred Proven ability to drive performance across multiple sites simultaneously Strong leadership style rooted in coaching, accountability, and team development Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities Willingness to travel (~25%)
