Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated physician to serve as Residency Outpatient Clinic Director within our Internal Medicine residency program. This leadership role combines clinical care, resident education, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy academic clinic setting. The Clinic Director will supervise and mentor resident physicians, providing real-time teaching, feedback, and clinical guidance while maintaining patient safety and care standards. This individual will play a key role in shaping the educational experience through didactics, evaluations, and ongoing mentorship, while fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment. In addition to clinical and teaching responsibilities, the Director will oversee daily clinic operations, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflow, improve care delivery, and address system-level challenges. This role offers the opportunity to lead quality improvement initiatives, enhance clinic performance, and make a meaningful impact on both patient care and physician training.
Qualifications:
