needed for Chief Behavioral Health Officer position for this regional community health center covering eastern Connecticut. This role is responsible for the over-all functioning and clinical components of the Behavioral Health Department. This includes quality assurance standards, primary and oral care integration, community programs and case management. Candidates should have at least five years of clinical experience along with two years in a leadership role and be comfortable seeing patients of all ages. Outpatient experience is preferred. Candidates should have significant supervisory experience, as well as experience with program development and regulatory compliance. Experience in administration, statistical analysis, personnel management, and clinical service is required.
