Job Description

Medical Director Our client was established in 2004 to better brand itself as a primary care provider for their entire area. Our client has grown from serving a few hundred patients in a modular unit with one provider and less than 10 employees serving more than 46,000 patients at multiple locations in Pasco and Hernando counties with an average of 315 care team members. Since its inception, the organization has provided more than one million patient care services.
The Position :
The Medical Director provides clinical leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for all medical services within the FQHC. This role ensures high quality, patient centered care in alignment with health resources. Requirements :
Florida Medical License BE/BC Leadership Experience (FQHC or Nonprofit) Monday - Friday (40 hours)
No Nights No Weekends Responsibilities :
Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm Provides patient care and administrative support Build trusting relationships and maintain continuity of care Establish and maintain clinical standards, protocols, and evidence-based practices Ensure compliance with FQHC requirements and maintain readiness for HRSA operational site visits Supervise and mentor physicians, NPs and PAs Help improve care delivery through Quality Improvement initiatives Support outreach programs and community partnerships Please apply HERE or send CV to Justin@theipgteam.com
