Full-Time Leadership + Clinical Employed AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified, fellowship-trained Vascular Surgeon to lead the Vascular Surgery Service Line across our East Florida Division, which includes AdventHealth Daytona Beach and six additional hospital campuses. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a proven leader with strong clinical experience and a passion for program development, quality, and innovation.

Position Highlights:

Serve as Divisional Medical Director of Vascular Surgery for AdventHealth East Florida Primary base: AdventHealth Daytona Beach, a 360-bed hospital expanding to 460 beds by 2026 Oversight of vascular surgery services across Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, DeLand, and Fish Memorial campuses Lead a growing vascular team with support from cardiothoracic and other subspecialties Balance of clinical and protected administrative time Report directly to the AHMG East Florida Executive Team and collaborate with system leaders and CMOs Support APP education, quality initiatives, and community outreach
