Job Summary and Qualifications Job Summary:

​​The Director ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.​​​ What qualifications you will need: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date ​Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. ​​Bachelor's Degree​ or other approved education plan required; BSN or MSN preferred ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Admin must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date ​1+ years applicable experience required; 3+ years applicable experience preferred HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is a 267-bed hospital.
