We have an opening for a Physician Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations (SVP) to be based in our Hollywood, Florida office. The Physician SVP of Clinical Operations will be responsible for overall clinical management of our organization. Our ideal Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy will hold a current unrestricted Florida Medical License or in process. We are growing rapidly and need someone willing to roll up their sleeves.

Our organization provides expert wound care services wherever the patient resides, we save time and eliminate the cost of co-pays and transportation expenses. Utilizing a telehealth-based platform where bedside clinicians collaborate with wound care nurses in a call center, our organization provides comprehensive wound care to health plan and medical group patients, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities, utilizing the most advanced wound care products.

Responsibilities of the Physician SVP of Clinical OperationsEnsure proper clinical standards and protocols are followedDevelop improved communication and workflow between clinicians and office staffAssist in developing an improved platform for Care Management Team with data captureDevelop a more streamlined and comprehensive education program at all levels with improved reportingAssist with Business Development in strategic opportunitiesDevelop an Associate Medical Director engagement outreach programMonitor clinical data and outcomesAssist with analytic dashboard developmentReview clinical onboarding procedures, education and trainingManage and continually improve clinical rounds with the plans and groupsOther duties and projects as assigned by the companyRequirements of the Physician SVP of Clinical OperationsFlorida state medical license is preferredMust have Corporate/leadership/operational experienceMust have Direct management experienceInsurance carrier experience preferred
