Medical Director - Family Medicine

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Medical Director - Medical Director - Family Medicine | Coastal Florida (1 Hour from Tampa) A highly regarded healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Director of Family Medicine to provide clinical leadership and drive growth in a beautiful coastal community near Tampa. This role offers a strong balance of leadership and clinical practice, with a schedule of 3 clinic days (on-site) and 2 administrative days (remote-capable). Compensation ranges from $260,000-$300,000+ (highly negotiable) and includes a sign-on bonus, relocation, and retention incentives. Clinic hours are typically 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with some locations expanding to 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, allowing you to choose your preferred 8-hour shift. Patient volume averages ~18 per day, and call is telephone-only with minimal rotation (1-18 weeks|year). In this role, you will oversee 16+ providers and 2 senior APP leaders, partner with the CMO, and lead initiatives focused on clinical quality, provider engagement, chronic disease management, and program development. Candidates must be board-certified in Family Medicine, have an active or eligible Florida license, and bring 5+ years of clinical experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
