Job Summary and Qualifications The Director of Medical Staff Services assists the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) with implementation of and compliance with credentialing initiatives/processes. The incumbent is expected to maintain knowledge of applicable HCA Healthcare and Parallon Credentialing Processing Center (CPC) policies, accreditation standards and regulations associated with medical staff services, and play a key role in the integration of HCA Clinical Strategies and HCA systems.

What qualifications you will need:

Bachelors Degree

• required Masters Degree
• preferred 3 years applicable experience
• required (CPMSM) Cert Professional Medical Services Mgmt, or (CPCS) Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• required Maintain membership in NAMSS
