Job Description

Chief Medical Officer The Company :
Our mission is to provide a comprehensive system of quality health care services which is easily accessed by all people and families within our service areas through an efficient, community-based network of caring professionals who assure the dignity and respect of everyone they serve.
The Position :
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) leads clinical strategy, provider oversight, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and HRSA regulations. They play a critical role in advancing clinical excellence, improving patient outcomes, and aligning care delivery with organizational goals in a complex healthcare environment. $275,000 - $300,000 Based on Experience Full Benefits (health, vision, dental) Life Insurance 10 hours of PTO accrued monthly + 13 paid holidays CE with reimbursement 403b with 6% match Relocation assistance Student loan forgiveness through NHSC And much, much more!
Requirements:
Active Florida Medical License BE/BC Lead and oversee all medical providers (physicians, NPs, PAs) Strong leadership and team management skills Familiarity with electronic health records and medical documentation. Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those from low-income or underserved communities, is highly preferred. Establish and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and best practices Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention Oversee credentialing, privileging, and peer review processes
Responsibilities:
Monday Friday (8am 5pm) Ensure compliance with HRSA, federal, and state healthcare regulations Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes Collaborate with COO/CEO on strategic planning and service expansion No Late Nights No Weekends No Call
