Director of Medical-Surgical Services Location:

Role Overview The Director of Medical-Surgical Services provides strategic and operational leadership for a 40+ bed unit. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating department activities to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care aligned with organizational goals. You will play a key role in driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and staff engagement while supporting a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
