Compensation & Benefits:
$316,877•355,052+ uncapped (FFS model) Monthly Medical Director stipend Full benefits + 401(k) Paid malpractice with tail

Requirements:
Board Certified•PM&R or Internal Medicine Minimum 2 years as an attending in an inpatient rehab facility (REQUIRED) Florida license (or ability to obtain) DEA required
Practice Model:
Manage inpatient rehab patients with complex medical needs Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and case management teams Lead quality initiatives and facility-level clinical oversight Maintain timely, compliant documentation
