Job Description

ob Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee supervisory visits for our members within the Gainesville, GA and surrounding area. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments during supervisory visits, including vital signs, physiological evaluations, and medical history reviews. Oversee and guide nursing staff in delivering safe, effective care aligned with hospital protocols and best practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of medical records and sensitive information. Perform discharge planning, case management, and diagnostic evaluations to facilitate seamless transitions of care across inpatient, outpatient, and post-acute settings. Monitor patient progress through ongoing evaluation of symptoms, response to treatment, and overall health status. Document all clinical activities accurately in medical records while adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards. Requirements Valid RN license with current registration in the state of practice. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical records documentation standards. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and patients alike.
