Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) A leading rehabilitation program in partnership with a regional health system is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible physician to serve as Medical Director for a 39-bed acute rehabilitation unit. This role provides an opportunity to lead a dedicated team focused on restoring function and quality of life for patients requiring physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

• Provide medical leadership and oversight for interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs
• Collaborate with the Program Director and clinical staff to ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and facility standards

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
• Active or eligible Iowa medical license and DEA certification
