Job Description
Make a Difference Where it Matters Most. St. Luke's Children's Center for Neurobehavioral Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director and join our dynamic, collaborative team. This full-time position combines clinical practice with medical directorship responsibilities. Located in the heart of Boise, St. Luke's Children's Center for Neurobehavioral Medicine is a leading regional resource for pediatric mental and behavioral health care. Our center provides comprehensive, integrated services for children and adolescents, including outpatient psychiatry, psychology, therapy, and specialized programs such as Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient care.
What You Can Expect:
- Join a clinic of 5 board-certified child & adolescent psychiatrists, 2 neuropsychologists, 2 clinical psychologists, and 6 onsite therapists. We are supported by 4 full-time RNs, a medical assistant, a care coordinator, and 5 administrative staff members
- Responsible for overseeing 85 folks
- Clinical Care
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents
- Co-manage patients with community-based primary and specialty care providers
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Medical Directorship
- Partner with administration to influence clinical outcomes and operational performance
- Lead and support providers within the specialty
- Collaborate with other specialty leaders across St. Luke's Health System
- Integrated care model with onsite Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Neuropsychological
- Strong emphasis on collaboration and integrated behavioral health within primary and specialty care
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Eligible for medical licensure in Idaho
