Overview of Duties

• Leading and implementing the clinical direction for the organization
• Identifying opportunities to collaborate and develop clinical integration with other partners and health delivery systems to achieve affordable outcomes
• Assisting with the accreditation process and maintaining standards for health management and credentialing
• Active engagement in business development opportunities and presenting business and clinical capabilities to officials, community partners, employers and other key constituents
• Providing clinical guidance, support and education to the clinical and network management organizations
• Daily oversight of risk management programs and plans to develop and implement strategic goals
• Monitoring credentialing and privileging process to ensure the provision of high quality care services
• Conducting provider performance reviews
• Participating in Senior Executive Team Management business clinical strategy development and implementation.
• Participating as a member of the KCH Senior Executing Team in regional, state and nation meetings
• Keep abreast of emerging models in healthcare delivery and identifying new and innovative strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
