Medical Director - Psychiatry (Child and Adolescent)

Credentials:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Location:

Northbrook, IL. Physician-led behavioral health program seeking a Medical Director to oversee adolescent PHP/IOP services while maintaining an active caseload. This role combines clinical care with leadership across programs and physicians. Responsibilities include direct patient care within a child and adolescent PHP/IOP setting, oversight of additional physicians, participation in admissions and program development, and maintaining a strong clinical presence on-site. The program serves adolescents with additional adult overflow support as needed, with a typical caseload of 15 to 30 patients.

This is a high-impact role within a doctor-run organization where physicians are central to care delivery and program structure. In-person presence is required.

Compensation:

$400,000.

Schedule:

Full-time, 5 days per week.

Setting:

PHP/IOP, adolescent with some adult exposure.
