Job Description

Managing Medical Director of Primary Care and Specialty Care needed less than 2 hours to Chicago. Experience:
5 years' experience as a postgraduate licensed physician 3 years' experience in clinical leadership. Full time, base salary pay range for this position: $299,374-$405,036.. Physician leader to collaborate in a dyad leadership structure, responsible for monitoring and improving the level of care for patients.. Managing Medical Directors are responsible for participant care, clinical outcomes, and the implementation and oversight of quality assessment, performance improvement, and performance management of ambulatory clinicians.. Medical directors will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), quality leadership, and other executive management teams to implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve medical practice.. This role is a blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and operations planning, essential for driving the success of healthcare operations. Serves in both a clinical and leadership capacity, divided a 2.5 days administrative and 2.5 days clinical.
