Senior Level Salary:
$250,000 - $285,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Physician/Medical Director to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your clinical skills and leadership abilities will be instrumental in providing top-tier medical care to our patients. As a Family Physician/Medical Director, you will not only be responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families but will also play a pivotal role in strategic planning, medical staff leadership, and quality assurance. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health risk assessments, immunization, and screening tests. 2. Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures. 3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments. 4. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall direction of our healthcare services. 5. Lead the medical staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. 6. Oversee and ensure the quality of healthcare delivery, implementing continuous improvement strategies and initiatives. 7. Provide clinical guidance and participate in the development of educational programs for staff. 8. Engage in research activities related to the field of family medicine. 9. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
1. Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution. 2. Board Certification in Family Medicine. 3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Physician with proven leadership experience. 4. A valid state medical license. 5. Exceptional understanding of healthcare management and proven experience in clinical supervision. 6. Excellent knowledge of current medical treatments and procedures. 7. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans. 8. Strong leadership and team management skills, able to inspire and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals. 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff. 10. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development. 11. Proficient in medical software systems. 12. Proven track record in research in the field of family medicine would be an advantage.
