Our clients should feel welcomed, confident, and elevated from the moment they arrive. As we expand our hormone optimization, metabolic weight loss, and regenerative hair restoration divisions, we're hiring a physician to serve as our Medical Director and clinical face of our wellness vertical. At SOKO, you'll have 30-60 minutes per patient, a high-trust environment, motivated self-pay clientele, and no hospital nights/weekend call.

You'll be an active builder of a best-in-class longevity and regenerative program. Clinical architecture : design/scale protocols for BHRT, peptide therapy, and longevity optimization Regenerative hair restoration : expand medical hair restoration using advanced autologous therapies (e.g., PRF), prescription compounds, and regenerative modalities Metabolic leadership : lead GLP-1 programming with biomarker-driven sequencing and body composition metrics Patient care : comprehensive wellness + hair-loss consults in an unhurried setting Clinical oversight : provide medical direction and collaborative backing for our advanced aesthetic nursing team Qualifications MD/DO with an unrestricted Kansas license (or eligible) Board certified/eligible in FM or IM preferred Strong background in obesity medicine, menopause/hormone optimization, and/or medical hair restoration strongly preferred What we offer Competitive guaranteed base (experience-based) Uncapped revenue share tied to division growth Malpractice coverage (tail assistance available) Premium workspace in the heart of Johnson County PTO + employee treatment/product perks
