Local Team Collaboration:
This brand-new freestanding Emergency Department, opening in September 2026, presents an exceptional opportunity to be part of a new team providing high-quality emergency care. Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools. Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.
Qualifications:
Board-certified in emergency medicine. At least 1 year of Director experience preferred. Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
24 hours of physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM 12 hours of APP coverage in the on-site Urgent Care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-quality care in a 7-bed ED and a 5-bed on-site Urgent Care. EPIC is the EMR. Living and Working in
