Full-Time / Part-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Medical Director - Psychiatrist to provide clinical leadership across behavioral health programs, including PACT and outpatient services. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine direct patient care with leadership, program development, and strategic oversight. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Patient Care Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management Provide consultation for complex and crisis cases Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care Supervision & Team Leadership Supervise psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other prescribers Support staff development and conduct performance evaluations Serve as clinical co-lead for multidisciplinary teams Program Development & Strategy Collaborate with leadership to design and expand clinical programs Develop and implement policies, procedures, and treatment protocols Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Collaboration & Operations Maintain adequate psychiatric coverage across programs Participate in committees, trainings, and organizational initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified in Psychiatry Active, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license Valid DEA and Controlled Substances Registration Proven experience in psychiatric care and clinical leadership Proficiency with electronic health records Compensation & Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Tuition reimbursement and professional development support Funding for conferences, certifications, and specialized training Flexible scheduling options
