Job Description

Associate Director, U.S. Medical Affairs -
Hematology Oncology Location:
Boston, MA EPM Scientific is partnering with a global biopharmaceutical company focused on advancing innovative therapies for patients with high unmet needs in oncology. We're seeking an experienced Medical Affairs strategist with expertise in hematologic oncology to support U.S. Medical Affairs strategy and execution across pipeline and marketed products for complex hematologic malignancies.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Medical Director, Hematology Oncology to develop and execute U.S. Medical strategy, objectives, and tactical plans Collaborate with R&D, HEOR, and Scientific Communications to drive integrated evidence generation and publication strategy Analyze clinical and real-world data and translate insights to inform Medical strategy Plan and execute advisory boards and roundtable discussions with key opinion leaders Lead and support investigator-initiated studies and medical education initiatives Support Patient Access initiatives to improve access to and appropriate use of therapies Partner with Field Medical to inform HCP engagement strategy and support the development of internal trainings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) 3+ years of Medical Affairs experience or 8+ years of relevant experience in hematologic oncology research Scientific expertise in hematologic malignancies (AML strongly preferred) Strong understanding of clinical data interpretation and communication
Compensation and Benefits:
