Apply Position Overview:
We are seeking a mission-driven Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead and support our clinical team while actively delivering primary care services. This role balances direct patient care with strategic and administrative leadership, advancing the delivery of high-quality, accessible healthcare to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care (60%) Provide comprehensive primary care across all ages-from newborns to seniors Manage an average of 24 patients per day Participate in call coverage and serve as a clinical role model Leadership & Administration (40%) Supervise physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical staff Oversee credentialing, privileging, and provider performance Direct clinical operations, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives Lead clinical training, onboarding, and continuing education programs Collaborate on strategic planning, budgeting, and service expansion Represent the medical team in leadership meetings, board reporting, and community partnerships
Qualifications:
