Urgent CarePosition SummaryUnder the direction of the Chief Medical Officer of Beth Israel Lahey Health Medical Group, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of urgent care—including clinical services and supervision of Advanced Practice Providers.Role OverviewPhysician leader responsible for clinical quality, operations, and staff developmentEnsures high-quality patient care and strong community reputationCollaborates with leadership; fosters inclusive, high-performing cultureCore ResponsibilitiesDevelop and support medical staff performance and growthMeet quality, financial, and patient satisfaction goalsLead department operations, resource allocation, and new initiativesSupport physician recruitment and hiring

$300,000.00 USD - $350,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
