We work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and emotion dysregulation. We're building carefully — not quickly. Every clinician we bring on is someone we're genuinely invested in developing. What We Offer $68,000 - $93,500 salary | W2 | Full-Time Weekly individual clinical supervision (Clinical Director, PsyD) toward independent licensure Group supervision Weekly check-in with practice founder (LICSW) Malpractice insurance covered QSEHRA health reimbursement benefit CEU support provided 3 weeks PTO + 9 paid holidays Marketing and referral support — we build your caseload, you focus on your clients Private practice environment — not agency work What We're Looking For Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, or psychology Active Massachusetts licensure (LCSW or LMHC) working toward independent licensure Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families.
