This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of medical services, fostering a culture of excellence, compliance, and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management, clinical research, and regulatory standards, driving initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. As a key leader, you will uphold the highest standards of medical practice, MAT supervision, Methodone protocol approval, medical evaluations and regulatory Participation. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership in clinical management, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and FDA guidelines. Manage medical records, documentation processes, and ensure accurate record-keeping aligned with legal and regulatory requirements. Supervise medical staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient care excellence. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare management protocols, and accreditation standards through continuous quality improvement efforts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to support clinical decision-making and staff training.
