Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted medical license Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date) Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred 2 years of clinical or supervisory experience preferred 2 years of managed care experience preferred About Us-Who is Provenir Healthcare and why work with us?
