EMR:

Epic 48 bed hospital Required Qualifications Active Michigan license ABEM board certification BLS, ACLS, and PALS Recent case logs and CME documentation Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided) Onsite interview required before credentialing 1 to 2 shadow shifts required for orientation Required credentialing documents as requested by the client team
