JOB DETAILS
Interim ED Manager Needed in Saginaw, Michigan! The Position An Interim ED Manager is needed to provide operational leadership and oversight for a busy Emergency Department during a leadership transition. This position reports to the Emergency Department Director. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality, patient experience, safety, staff accountability, and adherence to behavioral and operational standards while partnering closely with departmental leadership in a high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Emergency Department leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor staff, foster engagement, uphold organizational culture, and maintain operational discipline. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements BSN required. Active RN license required. Progressive Emergency Department leadership experience required. Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced Emergency Departments and a willingness to provide clinical support, including in trauma care environments, is strongly preferred. Pay Details Pay Range:
$160,000 - $170,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
