Full Job Description Medical Director, Cardiac Electrophysiology Location:
Boston, MA or Minneapolis, MN EPM Scientific is partnered with a global leader in innovative medical devices, seeking an experienced cardiac electrophysiologist for a strategic Medical Affairs and Patient Safety leadership position to support electrophysiology and structural heart programs across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Represent the organization in engagements with KOLs, investigators, and regulators, as well as at advisory boards, roundtables, and national/international conferences Partner with R D, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to provide medical expertise and inform strategy of cross-functional initiatives Provide medical oversight for clinical trials including protocol design, investigator engagement, and data interpretation and dissemination Support post-market activities including safety studies, performance assessments, and health risk analyses Contribute to evaluation of business development opportunities Review scientific, clinical, and promotional materials for accuracy and compliance
Qualifications and Skills:
MD with active licensure Board certified in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology 5+ years in clinical electrophysiology practice, including experience with complex arrhythmias and advanced procedures Clinical investigator experience or participation in oversight committees is strongly preferred Familiarity with global medical device regulations is strongly preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary of $240,000-$300,000 25% annual target bonus RSU-based long-term incentive program Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage 401(k) with company match Relocation support
