Job Description

A $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus for this opportunity! Horowitz Health is expanding and we want you to be a part of this growth! Joining our family of organizations is a 24/7 intensive residential treatment services (IRTS) center. Located in St. Paul, this company will support a client's behavioral health, mental health, and other skills that will help them transition to a more independent setting. We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, dedicated, and driven Treatment Director to coordinate and manage the overall program, including (but not limited to) management of program staff, ensuring the organization is maintaining high quality of care, and client program plans.

Saint Paul, MN Schedule:
This is a full-time, exempt position. The Treatment Director will typically work Monday-Friday, during typical business hours but may be expected to work outside of these hours (evenings, weekends, etc.), if required. The Treatment Director is assigned on-call responsibilities for a minimum of one week per quarter, unless prior arrangements have been made to delegate emergency call coverage. Job duties, include but not limited, to: 1. Overseeing the program and all departments. 2. Responsible for the assessment of appropriateness for placement concerning potential clients for admission as well as responsible for overseeing each client's individual program plan, in consultation with Mental Health Professional 3. Responsible for the program's budget and working closely with Accounting on all financial matters 4. Responsible for compliance with all licensing and the organization's quality standards 5. Ensure that all staff members deliver care in accordance with company policies and procedures. 6. Oversee licensing compliance and must have some understanding and knowledge of statues. 7. Meet individually with licensed clinicians to assist them in meeting professional goals/objections. 8. Overseeing management and that staffing schedules are in accordance with guest needs/acuity for appropriate care. 9. Coordinate the process for determining and maintaining accurate legal processes for clients. 10. Monitor treatment records for appropriate documentation of care. 11. Collaborate with Medical Director & Owner to develop and monitor compliance with clinical policies and support new program development. 12. Partner with Human Resources with employee relations, the development of policies, procedures, as well as staffing needs. 13. Provide leadership and direction to management and support staff in accordance with program goals and objectives. 14. Continually evaluate the activities, morale and task group functioning of the program staff and promote methods to improve these areas. 15. Provide education, orientation, and in-services for the program staff when opportunity to improve clinical knowledge is identified. 16. Facilitate an organizational climate that values employees from all backgrounds and provides an energizing environment. 17. Participate in community outreach and marketing activities, if requested. 18. Support agency dialog exploring issues of race, equity, privilege and oppression, as it impacts the community we serve, our agency and our staff. Education/Licensure/Certification/Experience Requirements 1. Must be at least 21 years of age 2. Must have a minimum of a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work. 3. Must possess one of the following licenses: LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP to practice by the State of Minnesota. Must be an approved Clinical Supervisor by the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy, Minnesota Board of Social Work, or the Minnesota Board of Psychology. 4. Completed a minimum of 12 hours of training in clinical and ethical supervision. 5. Must have at least five (5) years of related work experience in direct service to individuals in a behavioral or mental health setting and/or three (3) years of work experience in the management or administration of direct service to individuals in the behavioral or mental health setting.
