What You'll Do Lead and Inspire:
Supervise and coordinate nursing and hospital personnel to deliver outstanding patient-centered care. Be theGo-To Leader:
Serve as the on-site administrator in the absence of the Department Manager or Hospital Administrator, ensuring seamless operations and confident decision-making.Empower Teams:
Coach, mentor, and support nursing staff to perform at their best-fostering accountability, growth, and teamwork. Problem-Solve withPurpose:
Respond swiftly to challenges, emergencies, and staffing needs to maintain safety and service excellence.Drive Collaboration:

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.What You Bring Education:
Bachelor's or graduate degree in Nursing.License:
Current Missouri RN license.Certifications:
Current BCLS certification.Notary Requirement:
Must hold or obtain a Missouri Notary License within three months of hire.Experience:
At least five (5) years of nursing experience. A minimum of two (2) years in a progressive hospital leadership role.Skills:
