Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Collect, file, and manage resident medical records in compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in EMR systems. Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. Perform audits and generate reports on medical record quality and compliance. Support other departments with required medical documentation. Ensure records remain HIPAA-compliant and up-to-date.
