Overview •This position may be eligible for PLSF debt forgiveness•We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our Medical Team. We are looking for a Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Internal Medicine Doctor. or a Family Medicine Medical provider. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive medical care, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and promote preventive health strategies. Your dedication will help foster a healthier community by delivering high-quality, compassionate medical services in a customer owner based collaborative environment. Duties Conduct thorough patient examinations to assess health conditions and diagnose illnesses accurately. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each customer owners' needs, including medication prescriptions and lifestyle recommendations. Monitor customer owners' progress through follow-up visits, adjusting treatments as necessary to optimize health outcomes. Educate customer owners' on disease prevention, wellness strategies, and management of chronic conditions to empower informed health decisions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care. Maintain detailed and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards. Respond promptly to urgent medical situations, providing immediate care or coordinating emergency interventions when required. Experience Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution with valid licensing to practice medicine in Montana. Proven experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment across diverse patient populations. Strong knowledge of current medical practices, diagnostic tools, and treatment protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and compassionately. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and compliance with healthcare privacy laws is preferred. Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
