ER Physician — Competitive Pay with Performance Bonuses Medical Director - $5,000 per month
Schedule:
1099 Contract We are seeking new physicians to join our team to provide the highest standards of patient care in a safe and effective way. Perform thorough assessments and physical examinations to determine patient needs. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, MRIs, and lab work. Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications or therapies. Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stabilize patients experiencing medical emergencies, such as heart attacks, strokes, or trauma. Document patient information, treatment plans, and medical histories accurately in electronic health records. Communicate effectively with patients and families to explain diagnoses, treatments, and next steps. Stay updated with current medical practices, protocols, and technologies in emergency medicine. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe, efficient emergency department environment. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of patient care. Qualifications MD or DO Degree Full, unrestricted medical license in the State. Board certified. ACLS, PALS and ATLS certification (unless ABEM). Minimum three years' experience in Emergency Medicine post-residency.
