Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Physician Medical Director for a full time outpatient position with potential interest in a Division Chair role in Lancaster, NH. The ideal candidate must be Board Certified or eligible in family medicine and have a minimum of 5 years of outpatient primary care practice.
Compensation & Benefits:
$296,579 base plus wRVU + $15,000 for Medical Director stipend Full benefits package $20-25k Sign-On/Retention for years 2 and 3, and up to $19,000 relocation/rental assistance Student Loan Repayment application assistance. No state income taxes, affordable real estate and small schools.
Position Highlights:
28 hours of patient contact per week, with an additional 12 hours for administrative duties (3 office-based and 9 as Medical Director). Flexible schedule, especially with potential Division Chair responsibilities. Manage a caseload of 20-24 patients per day. Seeking a provider planning to stay and practice for a minimum of 5-10 years. Participate in community call, including care for local nursing home patients (schedule TBD). Supported by an RN Team Leader and a designated Medical Assistant. Utilize Meditech Expanse EMR and Dragon dictation for efficient documentation. Excellent IT and marketing support to help build patient volume and achieve wRVU targets This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow within a supportive community and healthcare system.
