Job Description

Full-time outpatient Family Medicine Physician role in Lancaster, New Hampshire with Medical Director duties and potential Division Chair interest. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required, with minimum 5 years outpatient primary care experience. Compensation & benefits Base salary $296,579 plus wRVU incentives $15,000 Medical Director stipend $20-25k sign-on/retention for years 2 and 3 Up to $19,000 relocation/rental assistance Student loan repayment application assistance Full benefits package No state income tax in NH; affordable housing and small-town schools Clinical & administrative responsibilities 28 patient-contact hours per week 12 administrative hours per week (3 office-based; 9 Medical Director duties) Typical patient panel: 20-24 patients per day Participate in community call; includes care for local nursing home patients (schedule TBD) Supported by RN Team Leader and designated Medical Assistant Use Meditech Expanse EMR and Dragon dictation IT and marketing support to build patient volume and meet wRVU targets Expectations & opportunities Seeking a candidate committed to practicing locally for 5-10 years Opportunity for leadership growth into Division Chair role Flexible schedule, particularly with Division Chair responsibilities Minimum qualifications MD or
