DIVISION CHIEF

By supervising multiple clinics as well as the main medical center's multispecialty practice, incoming experienced leader will work closely with hospital to assure appropriate integration of group practice activities. Committee participation and 20 hours of blocked administrative time. Flexible on clinical focus for remaining hours.ROLEWill visit nearby clinic locations & mentor other physiciansWill split time between Medical Director activities & Primary Care responsibilities. Medical Director = 20 hours per week. Primary Care = 20 hours per week Physicians expect 18-20 patients per day, this role on clinical days will treat approximately the sameParticipate in the institutional planning, operations & management activities of the main medical center multispecialty organizationEnsure compliance with institutional mission statements, corporate policies & professional staff bylawsCoordinate medical staff grievance process, solving professional disputes & interdepartmental problems Monitor provider's dashboards; identify opportunities for improvement in quality, stewardship, utilization & productivityPACKAGESalary dependent/commensurate with experienceProductivity benefits package$20,000 commencement bonusGenerous Retention bonus for years 2 + 3Up to $19,000 relocation/rental assistanceStudent Loan Assistance
