Nearby urgent care and emergency hospitals provide additional support, allowing our team to focus on delivering excellent general practice medicine while maintaining access to advanced and emergency care resources when needed. - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
- State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
- Strong surgical and clinical experience required
- Comfortable performing routine and advanced soft tissue procedures, including mass removals, pyometras, cystotomies, enucleations, and foreign body surgeries
- Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and positive team leadership preferred
- Previous leadership experience is welcomed, but veterinarians seeking their first Medical Director opportunity are encouraged to apply Compensation & Financial
- Competitive base salary starting at $160,000+, negotiable based on experience
