You will also have complete medical autonomy aligned with AAHA standard of care as a guide. She's ready to hand the reins to the right person.

Job DescriptionThe RoleThree days per week you see appointments, perform surgery and dentals, and practice at the top of your license. One day per week is yours to mentor newer veterinarians and lead our weekly two-hour hospital rounds. You work across all three teams—Customer Experience (CET), Technicians (TT), and Veterinary Assistants (VA)—fostering the collaboration that makes top-notch care possible.
