Seeking a full-time Board-Certified OBGYN physician to serve as the Residency Program Director for a newly established OBGYN residency program affiliated with New York Medical College . This is a unique opportunity to take on a true founding leadership role, shaping the future of graduate medical education while maintaining an active clinical practice in a supportive, state-of-the-art environment near New York City .

Leadership Role & Key Responsibilities:

Founding leadership role with direct impact on program design, structure, and curriculum development 50% clinical / 50% administrative and teaching responsibilities Establish and maintain ACGME-accredited residency program requirements and processes Oversee curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and program infrastructure Provide didactic teaching, bedside instruction, and resident mentorship Lead resident recruitment, interviews, evaluations, and performance feedback Dedicated administrative time ( 80 hours/month) for teaching and program oversight Strong academic affiliation with institutional support for education and research State-of-the-art facilities in a highly desirable suburban community with access to top schools and cultural amenities
