Responsibilities include overseeing ongoing clinic expansion, acquisitions, quality improvement initiatives, provider productivity, and operational workflows. The role also includes direct oversight of 1 Physician, 6 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, 6 Behavioral Health Providers, and 3 Pharmacists , while partnering closely with executive leadership and multidisciplinary clinical teams. Providers participate in a shared call schedule averaging 1–4 calls per month , with nurse triage managing initial calls. ? Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Experienced primary care physician with leadership experience or interest in serving as Chief Medical Officer Eligible for a New Mexico Medical License Strong leadership, operational, and relationship-building skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams, supporting provider productivity, driving workflow improvements, and contributing to strategic organizational growth.
